The Lebanon Public Library has 3 meeting rooms that can be reserved for meetings, parties, and more! Meeting rooms can only be reserved 90 days or less in advance.
- Board Room — fits 10
- Medium Meeting Room — fits 25
- Large Meeting Room — fits 75

Construction on additional study rooms has begun on the top floor of the library. Expect increased noise and activity near the meeting rooms during this time.

Meeting rooms are NOT available during August or September due to the construction.
Request A Meeting Room
To request a meeting room reservation, please fill out the form below. Meeting rooms can only be reserved up to 90 days in advance. Library staff will contact you to confirm your reservation. To check availability or reserve a room less than 48 hours in advance, call the library at (765) 482-3460.
Meeting Rooms are available during library hours:
Monday-Thursday – 9:00am-8:00pm
Friday – 9:00am-6:00pm
Saturday – 9:00am-2:00pm
